ever! 11 months in total? We thought it was never going to end or would
end disastrously! Mortgage was sold from
JP Morgan Chase to Oquinn then returned back to JP Morgan Chase over a period
of many, many months! Unbelievable! Our negotiators started the short sale
process on this property, not once, not twice but three times. That was the
same amount of work as doing three short sales. Another first for us, our mentor and colleagues. We actually thought we had lost the seller
and property to the auction a few times – which is our first goal – remove the
property and seller from Auction schedule.
But then God showed up on behalf of this special seller, then a single
mom to sell her super cute 3-2-2 with custom interior trim and paint
throughout. Started short 9/13,
purchased with simple renovations and sold to rental investor February
